Executive Director / Founder

Laura is the Founder and Executive Director of Goldfinch. She brings over two decades of leadership, communications and marketing expertise, and is the driving force behind the school. Laura also has years of homeschool experience. She is excited to be bringing a new progressive, nature-based environmental science elementary school to the Richmond area!

Lead Teacher

Amber joins us at Goldfinch as our Lead Teacher. She holds a Master of Science degree, and has years of experience in teaching STEM, math and computer science, as well as curriculum development. She is excited to bring her expertise and passion to help us fulfill our mission at Goldfinch, and grow our unique nature-based environmental science education curriculum.
